As part of this process, listening to what our customers have to say is extremely important, and we very much value their feedback, which is something we also pass on to the fantastic partners and suppliers that we work with.
This includes feedback about taste, the look and feel of the product and how it fits with the customer’s own brand and ethos, especially from a sustainability perspective, as many businesses, including our own, are extremely conscious about packaging, production processes and food miles, and the wider impact a product might have on the environment.
As part of our ongoing support for both customers and partners alike, we strive to take a proactive approach when it comes to product selection, and often host product sampling events, with the most recent one at The Office Group, where we showcased a variety of tasty drink products.
These included Orange and Apple juice, healthy alternatives to sugary fizzy drinks, iced teas, including kombucha which is full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, as well as a selection of healthy shots that aid digestion, or others that help boost the immune system.
